A recluse by nature, i do not take the initiative when when trips or outings are made but if invited I usually put my heart into it and make the best of it for me and the others. I am slightly obsessively compulsive which irks my best friend a lot, love cooking for others and have the famous “Lazy ass” disease, my room bears the brunt. I have the most Indian core but the most free minded views though they are biased at times. I am pushy too XD
A dutiful daydreamer so I can kill hours just by thinking and dreaming. A game you should never play with me is DOTA because I hate the time you waste for being re spawned (My best friend has had an earful every time I was killed). I do not mind dying but hate the wait, hopefully that gives you an idea of how I am I am also a shutterbug especially when with my kids but have been known to take pics of cig pits and random leaves.
Quite honestly, writing this About page without looking like a braggart is kinda hard so I leave you to go through the blog and know me better. Oh yeah! I love debates so If you ever feel any of my posts are wrong, by all means you are free to post your opinions.

Manvela!!! Dunno where exactly to start… I have many things in mind… but,… hey hang on… the first ques ought to be, what does your name mean? Its really unusual, but i loved it the moment Swamini mentioned you… dunno y I love it… because I usually rate names as on the basis of their meanings… but your name just sounds so cool, I mean so different!
Anyway, (why do I beat around the bush so much!!!), let me introduce you to myself. I am Shalaka, Swamini’s best, closest, truest (whatever u may say) buddy. And like Parth, I got to know you and your website through her. So cheers! Here’s another of your fan in your kitty! I say fan, not because of what you write, but how well, how cleverly you depict it all, with a tinge of humour everywhere, be it in happiness, sadness or any damn emotion. You write about things, emotions which almost all people on this earth feel… but, who the hell cares to write about them? To think over them? And that, is an enviable quality that i see in you.
Well, I have read most of your articles on this site and will read many more in days to come… after all isn’t it a lot better than mindless orkutting? Oh yes, much better! What I want to ask you most importantly is how have you built up your language so well? I mean, many of us have extensive vocabularies, but why do we somehow fail to use it while we actually sit to write? There must be some study on your part in this matter… But here’s a suggestion, please just think over it, if you feel it’s worth then accept it. Why don’t you write an article on this very topic? I mean, on how is your experience when you just sit down to pen random thoughts, how do thoughts flow, and how do you get the right words to say what you have got to say! This may seem a weird thing to write about, but as far as i can gather from your writing, you do love weird things, right? Just start writing it, I know you will do wonders, as always!
So here I end… Otherwise it will start to look like an essay… lol.
